Potter Dennis Krueger opened the Jackson Area Springwood Pottery with partner Skip Allen in 1976. The pottery was located 10 miles south of Florence, Mississippi.
Krueger founded Krueger Pottery Inc in 1988 in St. Louis, Missouri. He retired in 2008.
