Born in Natchez, Mississippi, Vidal Blankenstein currently lives in Jackson. She obtained a master’s degree in Graphic Design from Louisiana Tech in 1982. Her business, Imaginary Company, provides design and marketing services.
Blankenstein is a painter and some of her work is on permanent display at the Mississippi Museum of Art, the Meridian Museum of Art, and the Ohr-O’Keefe Museum of Art.
