Biography
Alice Walworth Graham was born in Natchez, Mississippi, in 1905. She attended Natchez High School and St. Joseph’s Convent. She attended Mississippi College for Women where she wrote for the school paper. She married Richard Norwood Graham in 1936 and they had a son.
The family stayed in Natchez from 1936 to 1939. The lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, from 1939 to 1962, returning to Natchez in 1962. Graham died in 1994.
The Burn, a home located in the 700 block of Union Street in Natchez is the ancestral home of Graham.
